Who should attend this course
Experienced female shooters wishing to expand their training and enhance their existing skill set. Attendees should have completed at least one of the following:
- Intermediate Women’s Handgun and Self-Defense Fundamentals >
- NRA Basics of Personal Protection Inside the Home >
- USCCA Protector Academy Level 2 Qualification >
- Private training with a Davenport Guns instructor covering the required competencies
- Other equivalent training or experience (contact instructor)
Course Description
Advanced Women’s Handgun and Self-Defense Fundamentals is a course for the serious defensive pistol practitioner.
What To Bring
- Handgun (Handguns are rented at the store if you do not have one)
- Holster, purse or bag for carrying a firearm
- Magazine pouch
- Spare magazine (at least one)
- 200 rounds of ammunition
- Eye and Ear Protection
- Safe Range Attire (closed-toed shoes, crew-neck shirts, a ball cap or visor to deflect brass away from the eyes and face)
